"From zero experience to confident pizzaiolo"
Tak pernah buat pizza before this, zero experience. Just joined sebab nak follow the trend je honestly lol. But the class was amazing! Very detailed with complete theory covering everything about fermentation, different types of flour, how to make biga, and proper balling technique. The best part, we did hands-on and made 5 pizzas. Got to bring 3 home too which my family loved. Meal was also provided so we didn’t go hungry.
Really enjoyed the whole experience and sangat worth it. Now I can confidently make Neapolitan pizza at home. Already planning my next batch this weekend!
